Kuwait - Responsible for ensuring that manpower needs are identified and the organization is provided with adequate competent employees, through planning and managing the recruitment process, searching and evaluating candidates to choose the most appropriate candidates in line with the approved manpower plan. Coordinate with the Department Manager to prepare the recruitment plan and identify recruitment requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and competencies to support the attraction and selection of talent for all positions within the organization. Implement set sourcing strategies to assist with the recruitment of talent to meet hiring needs. Utilize social and professional networking and career sites to identify and source candidates.
