Main up to date knowledge of market conditions, legislation and property values that may affect the local and regional real estate markets. Manage contract negotiations and customer due diligence, while tracking, initiating and managing lease renewals. Win new business by engaging the business community, government and professional associations and keep track of current and prospective clients. Requirements 10 years of industrial/ commercial real estate experience in sales, leasing and brokerage. Arabic language (Spoken and Written). Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred). Excellent legal and contract knowledge related to lease drafting and negotiation. Proven track record of success in the industrial real estate (sales & business development) in Abu Dhabi.
