Charterhouse - Dubai - With a support functionally to the CFO, this position shall partner with the commercial and project teams in managing all financials linked to bids and tenders of new business within the regional market. The role shall oversee the structuring of costing and financial models which in turn, shall be used to develop financing streams both internally and externally with the equity and debt markets. This analysis will be used to provide financial information matters, to all investment partners and committees to ensure adequate and compliant reports are prepared to allow for new funding and structured finance. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience across areas of audit, transactional services and project finance within a utility or construction/property development related organisation.
