Merchandise Planner - Jewelry

The Merchandise Planner will be responsible for developing, executing, and communicating strategic merchandise plans that support the financial objectives of the corporation.
Ensure inventory in stores is at an optimum level. Responsible for managing the replenishment for specified product.
Develop SKU level sales and inventory plans and forecasts for an assigned category and brand.
Manage the replenishment for all specified product, including monitoring and adjusting variables (stock re-balancing, return-to-vendor projects and ideal distribution center inventory levels) to meet store needs and maximize inventory productivity (e.g. targeted in-stock level).
Ensure that sufficient quantities of advertised product are in stock on a per store basis.
Identify risks and opportunities by sku and work with a cross functional team to develop strategies that optimize the business. Set up model stocks for new skus and manage the store allocation
