Duties & Responsibilities; Supervise the periodic maintenance work done for the organization's buildings and facilities which also includes lighting, air conditioning, etc., and ensure adherence to the maintenance contracts. Supervise the emergency maintenance work and ensure adherence to the standards and guidelines. Oversee soft/hard service activities and ensure a prompt service is provided by presentable staff.
