Tiro International - Abu Dhabi - Our client is a large local bank in the Middle East region looking for a Team Leader - IT Data Center who conduct and manage the daily operations of the bank's Data Center in order to ensure optimal availability of services within agreed compliance frameworks, service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TATs). Job Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain quality controlled safety and security procedures to ensure required levels of safety measures are in place. Communicate and coordinate the status of incidents to ensured issues are resolved within agreed turnaround times.
