Dubai - Client Profile Our client is a prestigious luxury hotel brand with a growing presence in the UAE and we are recruiting an experienced Health & Safety Office with a strong background in HACCP and PIC food safety to join the team in Dubai to ensure all statutory health, safety and quality standards are met and maintained. The Role Undertake food hygiene, health, safety and risk assessments and audits to ensure all statutory and company standards and requirements are met and maintained. Train and coach employees on food safety and food handling programs, cleaning standards, personal hygiene and grooming, equipment handling, first aid and pest control. Ensure all food sampling requirements are met. Investigate and report incidents, near misses and serious incidents.
