Thuraya Telecommunications - Dubai - Job Purpose Primarily responsible for computer software application development; and supporting code testing, implementation and issue resolution. Responsibilities 1. Monitor & supervise the Microsoft Dynamics GP application (Technical & Functional). 2. Plan & set any direction of any new patches or service packs available for Dynamics GP. 3. Provide training & support to end user for Dynamics GP. 4. Meet with staff on a request basis for resolving issues. 5. Administer in house applications hosted on SharePoint and coordinate with the in-house development team for second level support. 6. Administer and support the IT Service desk application. 7.
