Star Services - Abu Dhabi - - Maintains common areas in pristine condition through property walks/drives and by provides Association Manager with any feedback - Oversees covenant compliance through covenant enforcement drives. Provides "eyes and ears" with regard to vendor services on the property and reports any irregularities to the Association Manager. - Must have a thorough understanding of Association's Governing Documents. -Attend staff and other meetings as required.
