 Responsible for Recruitment/Candidate Sourcing
 You have to search potential candidates from job websites or through your own social networks
 Short list, interview and match the profile to the clients' requirement
 Forward their resumes to us through Talent Now software
 All your communication with the candidate happens on phone or via emails
 Once the candidate has finalized by the client, you will be informed
