Salmiya, Kuwait - Receptionist Administrator Job Location : Kuwait Good Salary and benefits will be offered Working Hours : 9.00 am - 1.00 pm & 4.00 pm - 9:00 pm (two shifts) Saturdays to Thursdays Job Description : Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains telecommunications system Key Responsibilities : Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc. Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree Should be available in Kuwait Should have 3 years working experience in similar roles Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability to be resourceful and proactive Personal Requirements : Verbal and written communication skills Professional personal presentation Customer service orientation Interested candidate can apply with your updated resume....
