National Bank of Abu Dhabi - Dubai - JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of the job is to proactively lead the team to manage delinquent and overdue clients through appropriate collections strategies to minimize the losses and provisions. And also lead the team to take adequate measures to control the fraudulent activities. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Gives feedback about the delinquency trends of the clients to the Commercial Credit Teams to avoid further booking or expansion of existing clients from a specific segment or demographics. Works on behaviour score modelling to identify proactively worsening trends in the customer behaviour for both collections and fraud purposes. Works on data and creates comprehensive analysis showing the progress of the team’s efforts in collecting overdues, Prepares Was-Is analysis and shares with Senior Management regularly.
