Kuwait City -  Admin Responsibilities: Renewal all the company's including Licenses, Certificates, and Authorized Signatory Letters. Responsible for Company official original documents. Registration companies in the (Social Security, CTC, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and other Ministries. Responsible for preparing all documentation needed to open a new company. Assist the legal department for cases related to the company/ employees.  HR Responsibilities: Responsible for creating the employees files, offers, contracts. Responsible for issuing employees salary certificates, Final Settlement. Responsible for issuing Visas, work permits for new employees and manage employee residencies. Responsible for update the employment listing accordingly. Responsible for renew insurance policies.
