The position would report to the Business Head Middle East along with functional reporting to the Vice-President of the Consumer Business Unit. The roles and responsibilities in brief are: Hunting for new deals and manage customer relationships; focusing on CSAT(customer satisfaction) and business growth. Supporting strategic dialogue with customer to generate OB(order booking) & revenue. Facilitating RFP(request for proposal) responses and drive proposal preparation.
