Synergy - Abu Dhabi - Associate will be responsible for performing evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and financing of transactions and will work very closely with the team that has a focus mainly on buy-side, mergers and acquisitions and joint venture transactions in the Energy and Infrastructure sector.
