EY - Dubai - Job Summary: EY is looking for an individual to undertake data driven analysis to support high profile strategy analytics projects within the Talent function. The person appointed will work closely with the Global People Analytics leader, People Reporting Lead and the Talent function to synthesize and analyze both internal and external data to provide strategic insights to the firm’s global Talent leadership. The People Analytics team is part HR Services, which in turn is of the Business Enablement function.
