Kuwait - PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR (KBO) Description POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Sr. Director, responsible for facilities engineering, maintenance, operations, and application of quality management programs to all Public Works activities. The sole administrator of the Public Works program(s), having full authority and responsibility for ensuring performance objectives and standards are met. The Public Works Director or designated alternate shall be readily available on-site during regular working hours (the designated alternate shall be the manager from one of the Public Works annexes). MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES: Ensures both prime and subcontractors abide by program, contractual, and industrial standards/best practices, where required, which meet the requirements of the contract.
