Al Jahra, Kuwait - Job summary: The Lab Technician is responsible for the testing and inspection of road construction materials, including but not limited to Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and Granular Base Course (GBC). The purpose of inspecting and testing of road construction materials is to determine whether or not their characteristics, properties and quality meet or exceed the standards and specifications prescribed by our customers. Essential duties and responsibilities: Perform testing in accordance with Standard General's Quality Control System Understanding test methods and procedures Analysis of test data and corrective action to prevent non-conforming products Documentation and Data Control Care and Maintenance of testing equipment Purchasing and Calibration of testing equipment Developing and Training for succession Be in possession of a certificate of training in the field of formwork supported by a body such as the Kuwait Society of Engineers or Institute Skills Abilities required: Lab technici...
