We are currently seeking a competent and experienced Service Advisor, Who is Fluent in ARABIC & ENGLISH. to be the front desk operator and Consultant to customers of our auto repair facility. Prefer candidates with Dealership experience as Sales and Service Advisor in GCC markets
Responsibilities for Automotive Service Advisor will include:
1. Advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance to manufacturer’ specifications
2. dispatch work to Mechanics
3. Scheduling service appointments, Managing telephone inquiries regarding appointments
4. Managing your own work in process and providing excellent customer service
5. Addressing and resolving customer complaints
6. Contacting customer regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time
7. Producing repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates
8. Producing repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates
Requirements:
1. High school diploma
2. 3-5 years field experience Minimum
3. Previous Dealership experience preferred
4. Must be fluent in English & Arabic
5. Must have OUTSTANDING sales experience in the auto repair field
