Kuwait - Position Title: Sr. Contract Administrator Department: Construction Supervision Job Location: Kuwait ROLE OBJECTIVE: To monitor all contracts on the project, ensuring that all parties involved in construction projects ( Owners/Clients, Contractors/Sub-Contractors), are aware of and adhere to their contractual rights and obligations DETAILED ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIEs: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards, applicable laws and regulations Attend tender openings and assist in recommending potential tender lists based on client requirements Liaise with the HoS on the development of project cost plans in order to provide clients with an estimate of construction costs (as and when required) Execute contracts for main contractors and sub-contractors; amend standard contracts (e.g. FIDIC) to ensure that all contractual clauses reflect objectivity, transparency, and fairness in the contractual rights and obligations of all parties involved i...
