Kuwait City - A RAC Sales associate promotes & sell car rental & leasing in order to achieve RAC sales targets and customer satisfaction index. Responsibilities includes: 1. Ensure vehicles availability for rent in good condition. 2. Ensure RAC location is clean, neat and tidy and open, closure timing is well respected as per RAC policy. 3. Improve the utilization and revenue of the location as per plan, by prospecting customers by direct mail /phone or by visits wherever necessary 4. Check customer documentation and open customer contract in RAC system as per RAC policy and procedure and strictly abiding by them. 5. Update customer details in the RAC system and issue monthly invoice to the customer. Keep up to date records of all customers and prospects. 6. Collect refundable deposit from the customer, prepare receipt, update details in RAC system and deposit cheque / cash with cashier on daily basis. 7.
