ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP Directly report to the Assistant Sales Manager for the performance of all responsibilities related to sales. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Taking calls and inquiries from customers. Entering data (invoices) into specialized software along with all relevant appointment information. Check - cancelled orders / reasons, daily delivered orders and make sure all were successfully delivered on time. Prepare next day plan for the invoices that need to be delivered. To make sure that all recommended items are in stock and the full cycle of our sales is going smoothly. Meet monthly sales target. Attention to customer's requests.
