Kuwait - The duties and Responsibilities are as follows: Administer association business practices and implement policies; Support the General Manager with store operations and with directing finances and recommendations of business management; Maintain AEWA inventory to include ordering, stocking, tracking, and sales; Ensures stocks are sufficient and tracks progress toward sales targets; Design and implement special programs to meet AEWA sales and revenue goals; Ensure the financial success of the organization via new and existing business ventures; Inform vendors, assistants, and entertainers of AEWA policies and ensure their compliance; Oversee cleanliness of AEWA facilities and management of cleaning staff; Serve as Acting General Manager, with the consent of the AEWA Board, in the absence of the General Manager.
