A leading Architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architect to join them in Dubai on a large complex and technical hospitality project. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join a highly successful company who are committed to performance and delivery.
The company are seeking to recruit a Senior Architect for a number of Major Projects. Project values from AED100m to AED500m. You will report into the MD but have responsibility for the full team and all major projects. You will lead recruitment and be the face of the firm on their highest profile sites. Design and flair is treated with absolute paramount importance. The work they do is for the most challenging and determined blue chip clientele.
In this role you will manage the overall design process aligned to project deliverables and gateways. The ideal candidate will inform and deliver the Design Strategy to enable the client to make timely and effective decisions as well as constructability to shape the procurement strategy and deliver programme value.
