Kuwait - Oversees and manages the quality initiatives for Internal Medicine. Works on quality initiatives of other clinical departments on an as needed basis. Monitors standard work, prioritizes and oversees that deliverables are met. Responsible for monitoring Top Tier Metrics and other key performance metrics, identifying trends and issues and communicating to the department.
