Kuwait - The Executive Secretary will provide personal assistance to the CEO and administrative support to the department. Responsibilities include: 1. Schedule meetings for the CEO and set reminders on tasks. 2. Receive and filter all incoming calls and visitors of CEO and dial outgoing calls. 3. Receive the guests and visitors of CEO and orient them. 4. Follow up on requests, tasks assigned by CEO 5. Type departmental reports, correspondence, presentations, minutes of meetings, letters, faxes and memos. 6. Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material. 7. Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations and hotel accommodations for the CEO, maintain records of travel itineraries; compiles travel expense reports and prepare travel vouchers. 8.
