• Conducts diet instructions and follow ups with inpatients and outpatients and charts information in patients’ files.
• Plans and calculates therapeutic diets.
• Conducts in-service education classes with the Nursing Department, Food Services people and other relevant personnel.
• Supervises tray line, as required. She has to check food for quality, quantity appearances and adherence to specific written prescription of the patient.
• Provides necessary dietary instructions to patients and other clientele.
Preferred Industry:Preference is Health Care Industry.
