Dubai - My client, a global telecommunications organization, are currently looking for a number of Customer Care Agents to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The suitable candidate will have previous experience within Customer Care roles and have an excellent phone manner. Face to Face support via video conferencing will also be required. Full training will be provided by the company. You will be required to work on a 24/7 shift rota. Skills Answer and address all incoming support calls from customers; both internal and external.
