We, at Bayt.com, have an immediate need for dynamic young professionals to join our Sales Team as Researchers. The ideal candidates must possess excellent telephone skills, must be dependable, self-motivated and possess high energy.

Job Responsibility :
• Generate a minimum of 50 new or updated records with phone-outs per day in CRM (1,000 per month)
• Ensure growth of quality company lists and email lists for high yielding Marcoms campaigns.
• Check every daily newspaper and business magazines to note down all the leads from new entrants, new projects or expanding companies
• Check various websites for leads that might have been missed in print
• Visit every building, prioritized by quality of area/business/district and note down all company names
• Check same area/zone “directories” to ensure capture of 100% of companies in CRM as prospects
• Conduct research by calling all new companies to create records with all mandatory fields of all companies in CRM
• Update CRM for all historic interaction with companies
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Must be customer service oriented and possess superior telephone etiquette.
- Must be target-oriented and have the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
