Kuwait - PRIMARY TASKS: 1. Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 2. Provides high level of administrative and clerical support to the unit(s).. a. Acts as a resource on human resources matters, providing guidance, assistance and support to ACK staff and supervisors. b. Handles and resolves basic employee relations issues. Elevate employee issues as needed. c. Support payroll activities e.g. attendance tracking using Mena-HR system. d. Data input on Mena-HR pertaining employee relations functions and HRIS maintenance by ensuring a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in processing all employee changes, new joiners and leavers. e. Support HR Helpdesk in the absence of the Officer - HR Helpdesk. 3. Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner. 4.
