*Position Summary:
This position is a unique, combined role where staff are assigned in a rotational schedule to perform duties of a Service Centre Representative and a complaints call center representative at different times while holding this position. Both assignments share a foundation to ensure a welcoming, informative, and efficient service environment for patients and families. The rotational schedule is designed to motivate staff so that they are exposed to different work settings where they can use their skills and abilities. The Call Center Representative Assignment The call center representative’s primary function is to receive phone calls about issues, concerns, or complaints from pt.s/families and the public and appropriately resolve the simple non-care issues or triage the issue to the appropriate Complaints Officer who will initiate the standardized complaints management process.
