Bahrain Job - Finance & Insurance Executive - Automotive Division

We have an immediate requirement for the role of “Finance and Insurance Executive ” at our Automotive Division, Location: Bahrain. Please find the details as below-

Key Responsibilities:
· To ensure budget and sales objectives are met by personally selling dealership’s value added products and secondly by supporting the sales staff.
· To ensure that Sales Executives are fully aware of all finance facilities and special schemes available that may help close a sale.
· To convert every referral/footfall into  Finance Programs to achieve more than 50% finance penetration.
· To ensure that the dealership receives maximum profit on each transaction.
· To ensure every customer has a clear understanding of obligations entered into.
· To deal with all customer queries with utmost clarity and courtesy.
· Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranty.
· Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
· Understanding and complying with local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
· To ensure company policy is followed by all sales staff i.e. timeous handover of all transactions to Sales Executive.
· Determining customer financing needs based on a consultative interview process.
· Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively recommend financing options and other products to customers
· Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
· Setting and achieving targeted goals.
· Ensuring that all administrative processes are handled timely and in compliance with company policy.
· To ensure the clerical operations within the department are completed accurately, properly and that deadlines are adhered to
· To endure documentation, quotes etc. are prepared/returned on time.
· To establish that no penalties or delays are incurred by incorrect or late return of documentation.
· To ensure Debtors list is followed up every day and liaise with person responsible.
· To maintain daily/hourly contact with sales executives.
· To ensure any market changes are immediately communicated to Sales Staff.
· To provide financial analysis to help anticipate the future performance of the sales team & build financial and sales reports for the review of management and ownership.

Education & Experience :
· National Diploma
· Knowledge and experience of the finance & insurance industry & administrative procedures.
· Ability to negotiate profitable transactions/have strong selling skills
· Bilingual, good verbal and written communication skills
