Urgent requirement: PERSONAL ASSISTANT (female Arabic speaking) to Chairman/CEO - 

Location: Jebel Ali - UAE


Required PERSONAL ASSISTANT (female Arabic speaking) to Chairman/CEO of a group of companies operating from Jebel Ali with offices in UAE, Jordan, Turkey and Belgium, Turnover of USD 1.5 Billion and more than 1,000 employees.


The role of this position is to support the Chairman & CEO, and occasionally required to support the functional Directors/GM:
Manage calendar/daily appointments and meetings (both internal and external) for Chairman and CEO
Properly organize appointments and meetings
Prepare necessary documents and presentation for meetings as required
Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle appropriately
Deal with emails, faxes and post, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO/Chairman (as instructed)
Taking minutes of meeting (as may be advised)
Arrange travel and accommodation for Chairman, CEO and the functional Directors
Handle other general operations of the Chairman / CEO office

Essential Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in translating the Arabic documents to English & vice-versa
Expertise in using Microsoft Office
Preferably aged 30 to 40 (mature personality)
