Co-ordinate with Production Manager and Logistics Manager once Sales Forecast has been received to plan the production Receive reports from engineering to ensure machinery is running smoothly and is being maintained. If any defects Operations Manager to provide a solution Ensure stock rotation and stock planning Monitor the Financial Costs and ensure they are in adherence to the budget Maintain good quality of raw products and stock levels to avoid spoilage while in hold through proper supply chain management.
