Kuwait - Job Description The Real Property Tech shall support and assist the Real Property Manager in the areas of management, planning, development, organizational, administrative, and coordination services for all base real property programs. Assist and support the RPM in the following areas: The Contractor shall provide reports to the COR who oversees the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of program activities. The Contractor shall develop project plans for each program, and shall identify short- and long-term goals and objectives for COR approval. The Contractor shall determine resource requirements and prepare written plans and schedules. The Contractor shall incorporate federal, USAF, Host Nation, and local regulatory requirements into program design, implementation, and evaluation.
