The Contractor shall meet all requirements described in AFCENTI LN/OCN-Escort Program and its AJAB supplement to ensure security is upheld to the highest standard. The Contractor shall maintain accountability of OCNs/Contractors and vehicles they are responsible for and relay this information and location to their Escort Control Center (ECC). Counts: The Contractor shall accomplish a count of all OCNs upon receipt and periodically throughout the day. Accountability of OCNs and their vehicles shall be completed prior to departure at the Visitor Control Center (VCC).
