Dubai - JOB PURPOSE The Accountant will be responsible for processing high volume invoices, payment runs and reconciliations along with undertaking a wide variety of accounting responsibilities. We are looking for accountant who has a good knowledge in handing warehouse inventory control in Medical devices/equipments. Should have good written and oral communication skill Should have 5 year of working experience in accounts handling All day-to-day data entries in the system on timely basis Payment follow-up with customers and update to line managers Month wise forecast of collections from customers Timely collection of signed invoices from customers Follow up with stores for getting pending purchase orders from customers Keep a record of reagent rental instruments lying in hospital/labs List out the number of instruments parked in the warehouses Monthly stock taking in association with store in charge Reconciliation of instruments inventory Prepare debit/credit notes to customers...
