Doha, Qatar - The HR & Payroll supervisor will be responsible for the following: Manage the day-to-day operations of payroll administration, time reporting, etc. Ensure accuracy of all government reporting requirements for payroll, withholding and employer contributions. Ensure timely and accurate calculation and delivery of employee pay, deductions, etc. including time reporting, employee data capture, and payroll processing Coordinate with Accounts to ensure seamless and timely integration of information Answer employee questions and resolve problems Review month-end, quarterly, and annual reporting Create department summaries of compensation for Department head Prepare payroll related journal entries, account reconciliations and analysis as needed Responsible for on-boarding of new hires and orientation Enter new hires information into Payroll portals.
