Madison Pearl - Kuwait City - Our client, a leading regional bank, are looking for a Head of Contact Center to join them. The ideal candidate would be bi-lingual (Arabic & English) and currently be in a senior contact center role. Description: The ideal candidate will have an extensive track record within management and have looked after fifty or more Call Centre Agents. Good knowledge of retail banking is required. This is a very senior position requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to function and communicate at board level Duties: Ensure staff is motivated and conduct performance review for all staff. Identify team and individual training needs and develop plans for Immediate and long term performance improvements and oversee the same. Conduct performance appraisal for all staff.
