Contracts Manager - Qatar- Iconic Building Project
A leading International contractor are seeking a Contracts Manager in Qatar to advise and assist project teams with regard to the establishment of claim validity and preparation of detailed submissions to Engineer on a large high rise project based in the Doha.
Duties will include review of contemporaneous records and time impact analyses to establish and report on validity of claim proposal, the development of claim narrative in coordination with site base teams and negotiation of claims with employer’s team. Ability to work as part of a team and working knowledge of FIDIC forms and Primavera planning software are essential. Candidates will have experience being client facing and have strong personality with excellent analytical, problem solving, planning and contract administration skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Quantity surveying degree and appropriate professional membership (MRICS / MCIOB / MCIARB)
- 20 years post qualification experience with both contractors and claims consultants is preferred
- Post graduate legal qualification and Middle East experience an advantage.
The position is available immediately and paying a net all inclusive salary of 60-70k AED per month plus annual flights and insurances.
