Dubai - Job Description The Principal Subcontracts Specialist is responsible for the performance and direction of all subcontracts input into bid proposal activities, including: Focal point for all commercial, contractual and administrative matters in relation to subcontracts input into bid proposals. Ensures timely subcontractor bid document compilation, solicitation, receipt and evaluation. Provides risk assessment and management with regard to subcontracts bid proposals input. Ensures compliance with all applicable subcontracts proposals processes and procedures. Compiles subcontracts input into client bid proposal submissions.
