Doha, Qatar - The person is responsible to manage QM capital projects under design from the conceptualization to the tendering stage., The Senior Project Architect role starts at the planning, initiating, preparing the design brief and selecting the proper design consultant for the project. Planning and Contracts - Responsible to review the contracts set up with consultants and contractors and edit them accordingly with the assistance of the QM legal team. In some cases person is required to do contract negotiations with the consultants. - Ensuring consultants/contractors are performing as per their contract and local legal regulations. - Review the progress of project against the set target on regular basis, evaluate the project performance periodically and identify the areas of improvement. - Evaluate the cost associated with the delays and communicate the same to the Head. - Assist in the preparation of budget and administer the project budget.
