Al Ahmadi, Kuwait - The Engineering Supervisor shall manage the team of Engineering Leads, Engineers, Technicians, and Engineering Designers in support of all LFP surface facility processes and equipment in South Ratqa Field. The Engineering Supervisor will also set and maintain a high standard for engineering and document control by ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, Company Health, Safety and Environment, (HSE) guidelines, and Industry standards and recommended practices. In addition, the Engineering Supervisor will ensure project and surveillance support for all process and maintenance teams in water treating, steam distribution and power generation, and total process reliability by setting the strategic direction of the worker team, project schedules and priorities.
