Kuwait - JOB PURPOSE / ROLE: To handle inbound customer calls in order to assist customers in all their enquiries or product application requests ensuring delivery of high quality service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact Center Services Handle all calls to ensure that each call is handled with due care and attention. Complete all product application forms and route to Follow-Up for processing in a timely manner. Identify cross-selling opportunities and communicate to Sales Management or relevant parties as per KFH guidelines. Complete all required sales target achievement, lead generation and incentive forms and channel to Sales Follow-Up. Ensure service levels abide by the overall service quality standards set for business lines served by the Inbound Team. Educate the customer on the variety of KFH products and services in order to build customer's interest in the services and products offered by KFH.
