Kuwait - JOB PURPOSE / ROLE: To handle inbound customer calls in order to assist customers in all their enquiries or product application requests ensuring delivery of high quality service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact Center Services Handle all calls to ensure that each call is handled with due care and attention. Complete all product application forms and route to Follow-Up for processing in a timely manner. Identify cross-selling opportunities and communicate to Sales Management or relevant parties as per KFH guidelines. Complete all required sales target achievement, lead generation and incentive forms and channel to Sales Follow-Up. Ensure service levels abide by the overall service quality standards set for business lines served by the Inbound Team.
