TASKS, DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Develops contract documents and processes. Works closely with the senior development engineer in developing project plans. Defines minor projects and plant changes for the refinery. Produces feasibility and concept studies for front end engineering design (FEED). Coordinates and develops engineering project technical documentation. Participates in the prequalification of bidders and recommends bidders to be awarded the project. Develops and implements engineering plans and quality assurance procedures.
