Providing legal expertise and services for all internal and external business activities which will involve participation in litigation, reviewing all types of contracts entered on behalf of CBUAE. Responsibilities Assist in providing counsel and advice on legal issues related to all CBUAE functions. Assist in preparing appropriate legal solutions for risk mitigation and legal compliance management. Investigate law cases presented by or against CBUAE as required by the Head of Legal Affairs, and prepare reports and recommendations to fully inform the senior management of all the legal aspects and the relevant risks.
