Spencer Ogden - Kuwait - A major EPC project in the Middle East / Gulf Cooperation Council for a project that is producing over 100 MIGD of potable water utilizing Multi Effect Distillation (MED) technology. Working as part of the Owner's team this role will be overseeing the construction and commissioning being done by the EPC contractor. Working closely with the Owner's Engineer and EPC Contractor you will be required to approve engineering drawings and construction schedules. You will oversee the construction and commissioning activities to ensure the project is built to specification, within budget and within schedule. Candidates for this position must have an Engineering Degree and 10 years' experience with desalination technologies. Previous experience on a large scale MED project is required.
