United Arab Emirates - Manager - Cost Control Description Scope of Responsibilities Execute all Project Cost Control functions to ensure projects and programs are within budgeted cost parameters and objectives. Analyse and provide necessary cost and budget information to the Project Management and Corporate Management. Primary Duties Supervise the Implementation of all Department policies, processes, systems, standards, cost control procedures and internal controls, so that the Department objectives are accomplished safely, reliably and cost effectively. Lead all cost analysis and controls activity associated with the project. Prepare and report upon cost functions within the Contract in accordance with project/company procedures.
