Kuwait - We are looking for a high achiever who: Directs the activities, policies and procedures of the payroll function. Codes and inputs payroll information. Answers inquiries from staff. Maintains payroll files. Develops policies and procedures for company-wide benefit plans only related to global payroll functions. Partner with KEO HR Management in solution development and implementation of action plans for HR programs to support the regions and KEO's overall growth strategies and plans. A Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business Administration, and or accounting/ finance. Contemporary knowledge of complex multi-currency payroll delivery. Certification in HRIS or similar (CPP) Certified Payroll Professional or similar would be a bonus Microsoft user specialist A minimum of 3 years' multi-currency accounting experience Depth of understanding of benefit activities Experience in HRIS Reporting Leading and managing diverse cultures Middle East experience highly regarded An unde...
