Minimum seven (7) years relevant experience in major highway projects. The ability to read working drawings and related specifications, and capable of enforcing such specifications. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential. Applicants will be qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant course from an accredited University.
